We didn’t get here overnight. We’ve been building and growing for 25 years. We now operate out of 676,000 square feet filled with 850+ passionate co-owners and cutting-edge production capabilities. This includes large format printing, small format printing, acrylic fabrication, millwork, a development laboratory and an industry-best design agency. All of this is purpose-built to shape the future of retail and customer experiences.

TBG is 100% employee-owned. When we and our online division Smartpress succeed, all of our co-owners participate in the success through company shares. At our core, we really do work for something bigger than ourselves, as we contribute to our clients’ and each others’ successes daily.
