Target

To refresh Target’s Fun 101 department nationwide, The Bernard Group engineered, manufactured, and distributed permanent LEGO retail fixtures, including 2x2ft overhead bricks, focal endcaps, and inline displays. TBG corrected original concept designs to match LEGO brick geometries, engineered lightweight overhead structures to meet safety standards, standardized Pantone colors across five plastic manufacturing processes, and produced custom mounting hardware and line accents. Through internal cross-functional teams, international sourcing, and step-by-step assembly guides, TBG achieved 100% on-time fixture shipments to all stores, and Target store associates completed nationwide assembly with zero reported field issues.
