West Marine was looking for a partner to help enhance their position in the marketplace for recreational fishing accessories and equipment. TBG took the challenge to concept a full department remodel landing refreshed endcaps, in-line sections and all new signage at 147 locations in Eastern US and along the Atlantic coastline in a four-month design-to-execute timeframe.
